We help you achieve your health goals, whether that is to lose weight, increase energy, improve sleep, or reduce stress as just some examples.
A nutrition and lifestyle coaching looks at all aspects of diet and lifestyle to embed new long term healthy habits to improve health, wellness and longevity.
I use a combination of nutritional software, which looks at your macro and micronutrients, vitamin and mineral intake (based on the detailed food diary you will need to send me), as well as my practitioner expertise to analysis your diet based on your likes, dislikes and how this can fit in with your life.
Together we will identify key areas to focus on and make small, sustainable changes.
