Additional coaching session if needed after the initial 6, 12 week program, or if you decide you need guidance follow the food diary analysis, or 'The plan'.
This is the diet analysis using the nutrition software. You send me your detailed 3 day meal plan and I will send you the macronutrient and micronutrient analysis.
There will be no coaching sessions with this.
This will involved the full food diary analysis of micro and macro nutrients, as well as a detailed Nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan.
I will email these to you. No coaching sessions involved in this.
