We will not only explore your diet but your work/ home life balance, how active you are, your sleep and stress levels and your overall health profile. It's highly individual and personalised to suit your wants, needs and health goals.

Using the questionnaire and detailed 3 day food diary you will have provided me with, I use a combination of nutritional software (looking at your macro and micronutrients, vitamins and minerals) and practitioner expertise to analyse your diet and lifestyle we can identify key areas of focus and change.
Together we will discuss and agree on some action steps, these will be small, achievable steps that will take you towards your goal.
We will also closely explore the factors that are hindering you, as well as those that motivate you towards your health goals. By looking at the barriers that challenge you we can identify new ways to overcome them.
You will have a nutrition action plan, a lifestyle action plan, and a supplement plan (if appropriate).

Research has shown that health coaching can have a positive effect on adopting healthy behaviours, improved physical activity, weight management, self-manage and a better quality of life.
I will be your ally from start to finish. I aim to empower you as the expert on your own body, mind, and circumstances.
I work on the “why” behind your desired health change.
I help you identify challenges and blind spots that are preventing change and provide support and accountability.
We will reassess your action plans regularly and update or change them when needed.
